VELEROMA NOIR – RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Veleroma Noir, we take great care to deliver premium-quality fragrances. Due to the nature of perfumes and hygiene standards, we follow a strict no-return policy.

No Return / No Exchange

  • Perfumes once sold cannot be returned or exchanged

  • This policy applies even if the fragrance does not match personal preferences

  • Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return

Damaged or Incorrect Product

We only accept replacement requests if:

  • You receive a damaged product, or

  • You receive the wrong item

Conditions:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • An unboxing video is mandatory (from sealed package to product)

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

If approved, we will provide a replacement only (no refunds).
